Overview: Injuries will be a major factor in how teams place grades on Kikaha, but he is an explosive playmaker who has the ability to make a consistent impact as a pass-rusher. His lack of elite strength may limit him to a role as a pass-rush specialist, but it’s clear that he has the tools to make plays at the next level and should be a solid Day 2 pick at worst.

Overview: Williams isn’t an explosive pass-rusher, which may limit the amount of national attention he receives, but he’s arguably the most complete defensive prospect in this class. He’s a physical run-stuffing lineman who can play any position on the line in a 4-3 scheme or line up at end in the 3-4. His strength and balance make him a threat as an interior pass-rusher, making him an ideal fit for the three-tech in a 4-3 scheme.

Overview: Collins’ physical build makes him look like a better fit at guard, and he may end up there. However, he still moves well enough to play tackle and his nasty demeanor will endear him to teams interested in developing a physical running game.

Cameron Erving Scouting Report

Cameron Erving OT Florida State #75

Overview: Erving is a converted defense tackle who displays the athleticism necessary to excel, but is still developing the fundamentals necessary to succeed in the NFL. His footwork and balance are inconsistent and he’s often late to react, further limiting his ability in pass-protection. He needs to show significant development before he can be viewed a solid starter at the next level.

Donovan Smith Scouting Report

Donovan Smith OT Penn State #76

Overview: Smith is raw, and rarely dominates his top competition, but he has the size and strength to recover and shows enough athleticism and flexibility to give him a very high ceiling if he can iron out his technique. He reminds me of Bengals right tackle Andre Smith, but won’t approach Smith’s draft status until he refines his fundamentals and dominates on a more consistent basis.
