Overview: Williams enters his senior year with just 91 career rushing attempts, all as a junior after switching to the position from defensive back. But for a guy with limited experience, Williams shows impressive flashes of dominance. He has an elite blend of size and athleticism and could certainly emerge as one of the top prospects if he continues to develop during his senior year.

Overview: Johnson enters his junior year looking like a strong prospect as a change-of-pace back, but could elevate his status if he bulks up and stays healthy. Johnson struggles running between the tackles and often gets stopped cold and knocked backwards when hit. If he can add the weight to turn himself into more of a bowling ball rather than just a pure speed threat, he may emerge as a legitimate feature back prospect.

Overview: Abdullah is a shifty runner who can make guys miss as he weaves through traffic. However, he lacks the elite speed to turn the corner and leave defenders in his dust. He looks like a solid backup and weapon in the passing game, but probably doesn’t have the size or speed to carry the full load.

Overview: Marshall is among the best athletes in this draft class and can make an immediate impact in the league as a change-of-pace back and a weapon in the passing game. If he develops his ability to run between the tackles, which he has the build for, he could develop into a more well-rounded runner and emerge as a legitimate starter in the league.

Overview: Gordon is a home run threat, but isn’t the complete package at this stage of his career. He almost exclusively tries to bounce his runs to the outside—which he does very well—but he needs to develop as an interior runner if he’s going to play at an elite level at the next level. With his current style, he needs to be supported by a dominant blocking scheme in order to have sustained success at the next level. He also has no experience in the passing game, with just three receptions entering his senior year.
