Strenghts: Excellent speed and quickness. Very strong for his size. Shows good moves and ability to make defenders miss even in tight situations. Just when you think you've got him wrapped up he can burst out of the pile for a 40 yard gain.

Weaknesses: Not much of a receiving threat. A liability as a blocker. Doesn't have great size and prefers to avoid defenders rather than taking them on.

Comments: Benefits from former Gopher running back Marion Barber III's success in Dallas as it helps lift a curse on Minnesota running backs struggling in the NFL. He was absolutely dominant against weaker teams, but was mediocre at best against top defenses such as Ohio State and Penn State.
