Weaknesses: Only one year of starting experience as a receiver. Needs lots of work as a route runner.

Comments: Will make an immediate impact as a return man. If it were based on just his receiving skills he likely would not get much of a look from NFL scouts, but his kick return skills are worthy of making him a mid-round pick.
