Brandon Mitchell #32
Safety
Ohio State
Ht: 6'3
Wt: 205

Strengths: Good size. Smart player. Shows good field awareness. Above average ball skills. An aggressive player, in both pass coverage and run support. Very solid tackler. Has the size to match up with tight ends in coverage. Has experience on special teams.

Weaknesses: Not a great natural athlete. Isn't fast enough to match up one on one with many receivers.

Comments: Mitchell has a lot of experience against top competition. He's a solid prospect that has been overshadowed by Ohio State's many defensive stars that he has shared the field with. He doesn't jump out at you in his workouts, but his body of work in college speaks for itself. He is a solid prospect that should be picked in the mid rounds and could develop into a decent backup and special teams guy at the next level.
