Strengths: Great natural athlete. Ideal speed for a linebacker. A team leader on and off the field. Top intangibles. Improving in his coverage skills. Decent ball skills. Has the ability to get into the backfield and make plays.

Weaknesses: Doesn't have great football instincts. Not very strong; struggles to shed blocks.

Comments: Harrington really came on as a senior and had a few standout games as a senior. He is a great athlete but lacks the fundamentals and instincts. He is a bit of a project, but he has the uncoachable athletic ability and the intangibles to be worth developing as a late round prospect.
