Strengths: Good natural athlete. Above average speed for the position. Decent in coverage. Plenty of experience; 38 consecutive starts. Shows the ability to get into the backfield and make plays.

Weaknesses: Hasn't played against elite competition. Doesn't show the strength to shed blocks consistently. Fundamentals are shaky at times. Needs to become a more reliable tackler. Football instincts are average at best.

Comments: Muncy is an underrated prospect that shows a ton of upside because of his natural athletic ability and speed. He has room to improve in a number of areas, but with some good coaching he could develop into a contributor at the next level. He projects as an early second day selection.
