Strengths: Great size and strength. Surprising speed for his size. Tough to bring down after the catch. Gives great effort as a blocker.

Weaknesses: Technique is very raw. Far more accomplished as a receiver than a blocker at this point, but he doesn't have the elite athleticism to dominant in the passing game at the next level. Must make vast improvements as a blocker to make it at the next level.

Comments: Boss is another in the growing list of tight end prospects that played basketball in college and utilizes those skills to succeed as a receiver. He is very raw and needs quite a bit of work before he's ready to see significant NFL playing time, but he does have the skills to become a solid player down the road. He projects as a mid round selection.
