Michael Johnson #23
Safety
Arizona
Ht: 6'2
Wt: 205

Strengths: Ideal height. Decent speed and above average quickness. Can match up in man coverage with bigger receivers and tight ends. Puts forth a good effort in run support.

Weaknesses: Lacks ideal bulk. Doesn't have great bal skills. Average tackling at best; doesn't have great technique. Overall fundamentals are shaky; gets out of position in coverage and takes poor angles in pursuit of the ball carrier. Has had some minor injuries throughout his career.

Comments: Johnson has the physical capabilities to be a free safety the next level. His weaknesses are all fixable with some coaching. He looks like an early second day selection based on his potential.
