Strengths: Good size. Smart player with good field awareness. Great hands. Can make plays in tight coverage. Plays tough and isn't afraid of contact. Shows good effort and technique as a block. Route running is solid.

Weaknesses: Lacks the elite speed to be a number one receiver. Durability is a concern; tore his ACL in 2005.

Comments: Walker was a productive player against his level of competition. He lacks the speed to be a go to guy in the NFL, but he has the size and shows the field awareness to be a solid possession receiver at the next level and could be a steal in the late rounds.
