Strengths: Excellent height. Reliable hands. Gives a decent effort as a blocker.

Weaknesses: Simply lacks the size to excel as a blocking tight end.

Comments: Bugg excelled as a receiver against his level of competition, however he is a tight end/receiver 'tweener. He lacks the speed to play receiver but lacks the size to play tight end. He should be invited to camp as an undrafted free agent.
