Strengths: Ideal height and strength. Shows good quickness on the field. Appears to play faster than his times indicate. Decent in man coverage. A hard worker and a high character guy that you can rely on to be a team leader on and off the field.

Weaknesses: Needs to bulk up. Technique is shaky at times. Has a history of suffering minor injuries.

Comments: Willis hasn't received much national attention at Mississippi but he has everything you look for in an inside linebacker prospect. He won't post great numbers in his workouts, but looking at his body of work in college it is clear he should be taken somewhere in the mid to late first round.
