Strengths: Excellent all around athlete. Great size. Decent speed. Strong and knows how to play physical. Ability to make plays after the catch.

Weaknesses: Not a crisp route runner. More of a possession receiver that uses his size rather than his speed.

Comments: Williams has everything you want in a receiver from a physical standpoint, but he just never got it done on the field. He averaged just three catches per game as a senior and only saw the end zone once. He entered the season as a potential first rounder, but has fallen out of consideration for the first day all together. He still looks like a decent early second day prospect with some upside if a team is willing to put forth the effort to develop him.
