Comments: A dominant player at Harper Community College where he led his team to the 2003 JuCo National Championship. Black is a solid, yet unspectacular player that doesn't excel in any one area but does everything well. He has great instincts and should develop into a solid player at the next level. He shows the ability to be a future starter. He projects as a mid round selection.
