Strengths: Excellent size. Great hands. Has good field awareness. Gives a good effort as a blocker. Willing to sacrifice his body to make the tough catch. Flashes some good athleticism as a receiver.

Weaknesses: Skinny; has room to bulk up quite a bit. Needs to use his size to become a more dominant blocker. Lacks elite speed.

Comments: Chandler is an experienced player that has played some receiver. He is still learning the techniques of a blocking tight end, and could be valuable if he improves in that area. He won't be a big time receiving threat at the next level, but he could become a complete package - similar to Todd Heap - with some work. He projects as a late day one pick.
