Strengths: Good athlete. Quick off the line of scrimmage. Reliable hands. Experience kick/punt returner.

Weaknesses: Lacks elite speed. Always overshadowed by more talented receivers in college; dropped to number three on the depth chart as a senior.

Comments: Breaston is an overrated prospect that doesn't have much upside because of his lack of speed. He should come off the board late in the draft, but doesn't have a future as much more than a fourth receiver.
