Strengths: Elite speed. Very quick. Will have an immediate impact in the return game.

Weaknesses: Lacks size to be a top receiver. Doesn't look as fast in the game as he does off the field. Still very raw as a receiver; needs work on his route running and catching ability.

Comments: Figurs will likely be a third or fourth round selection by a team looking for a punt/kick returner. He is an explosive receiver, but was never very productive and is still very raw. He immediate impact at the next level will be strictly in the return game.
