Strengths: Great size. Decent athletic ability. Smart football player with good fundamentals. Plays with a high energy. A decent pass rusher.

Weaknesses: Looks stiff when in coverage. Does a poor job of shedding blockers, especially for his size and strength.

Comments: DeOssie appears to have the physical ability to make the jump to the next level but the biggest concern is that he hasn't player against top competition, making it hard to project his future. He has some decent upside, but is still a project, and figure to come off the board in the 3rd or 4th round.
