Strengths: Good size and strength. Good all around athlete. Decent speed. Solid in coverage.

Weaknesses: Lacks ideal experience. Still very raw. Not always a reliable tackler.

Comments: Diles is a raw linebacker with only one full year of starting experience. He has some upside, but still has a long way to go before becoming an impact player in the NFL. He projects as a late round selection, but whoever drafts him will have to be patient and willing to put in the time to develop his skills.
