Strengths:
Ideal height . Above average leaping ability. Can make the tough catch in traffic.
Weaknesses:
Below average speed. Very skinny; not very physical. Just doesn't have the natural athleticism to be an elite receiver.
Comments:
Arrington has intriguing size, but doesn't have the physical tools. He's a marginal 7th round prospect and very easily could go undrafted. He likely winds up in a camp, but will have to bulk up. If he sticks with a team he'll be a practice squad player for at least a full year as he tries to bulk up and learn how to better use his size to his advantage.
