Tremendously productive at South Florida. The leader of their defense the past two seasons. Very reliable tackler. Solid in coverage and shows the ability to be a playmaker. Top intangibles.
Weaknesses:
Undersized. Limited athleticism.
Comments:
Married with a son and daughter. Almost didn't play college football because he wanted to become a preacher. Moffitt is a classic overachiever with limited upside at the next level. He projects as a solid special teams performer, but not much else.
