Chevis Jackson CB LSU #21

Ht: 6'0
Wt: 192

Strengths:
Good size and strength. A physical defender. A three year starter on one of the nation's top defenses. Experience in man to man and zone defensive schemes. Moderate success as a punt returner. A favorite among coaches and teammates.
Weaknesses:
Lacks top end speed. Not a great natural athlete. Ball skills are average at best; not a true play maker.
Comments:
Jackson will never be a shut-down cornerback, but he has the size and enough athleticism to be a versatile defensive back that can line up at cornerback and safety. He figures to be a mid-round pick, and will likely be an immediate contributor on special teams while slowly working his way into the defensive rotation.
