Strengths:
Tremendous natural athlete. Has the frame to add some weight. Long, strong arms. Great quickness and agility for a lineman.
Weaknesses:
Only two years of experience on the offensive line (a converted defensive end). Very raw, still learning the position.
Comments:
Bell is very, very raw and won't provide any help as a rookie but he does have some upside. He has everything you look for physically and if he bulks up and spends some time learning the position he could develop into a nice offensive tackle in a year or two. He will be worth taking a flyer on in the late rounds.
