Derek Fine TE Kansas #85

Ht: 6'3
Wt: 251

Strengths:
Decent size and strength. Decent all-around athlete. Excels as a blocker. Experience on special teams. Really emerged as a threat in the passing game as a senior. Reliable hands.
Weaknesses:
Lacks the speed to stretch the field. May be best suited as an H-back or fullback.
Comments:
Fine has all the tools you look for in a backup tight end. He is an effective receiver and blocker, can play special teams, and can line up at fullback if needed. He may never be a starting tight end in the NFL but should still have a solid career.
