Erin Henderson LB Maryland #1

Ht: 6'3
Wt: 244

Strengths:
Ideal size and overall strength. A very reliable tackler. Plays with a mean streak. Can lay the lumber and deliver some big hits. Adequate in zone coverage. Shows the ability to make some plays in coverage.
Weaknesses:
Below average speed. Doesn't really stand out in any one area. May have been a bit of an underachiever in college. Not a very consistent player.
Comments:
Younger brother of former Terp and current Viking, E.J Henderson. He doesn't have the same potential that his brother did coming out of college, but E.J has been somewhat of a disappointment in the NFL. Henderson is best suited for playing outside in a 4-3, although he could switch inside in a 3-4. His lack of speed is the biggest negative on his scouting report and it could cause him to fall to the late second round.
