Glenn Dorsey DT LSU #72

Ht: 6'2
Wt: 297

Strengths:
Tremendous athleticism for his size. Quick off the snap. Can get into the backfield and make plays. Plays with a motor that never quits. A tough player that will fight through injuries.
Weaknesses:
Doesn't have overpowering size and strength. More quick than fast; won't be chasing down the ball carrier from behind. Does not have the size to play in a 3-4 scheme. Suffered leg and knee injuries in 2006 and 2007 but did not miss much time.
Comments:
Dorsey is an elite prospect, arguably the top defensive prospect in this draft class. He is nasty lineman that has the rare athleticism and strength combination to fight his way into the backfield with consistency. Unfortunately his stock takes a hit because he doesn't fit into a 3-4 scheme, limiting the number of teams that will be interested.
