James Blair OG Western Michigan #75

Ht: 6'3
Wt: 323

Strengths:
A tough football player. Grinds it out on every play. Excels as a run blocker. Not a finesse player by any means, simply takes up space on the offensive line.
Weaknesses:
Lacks ideal quickness. Not very well built; weight may be a concern in the future. Doesn't not have the athleticism to play tackle in the pros, but has limited experience at guard.
Comments:
Blair is built like a guard in every way shape and form, yet he played tackle at Western Michigan. His lack of experience at his NFL position definitely hurts his stock but he still has some value. He was a three year starter and has the upside to be a contributor at the next level.
