Strengths:
Great natural athlete. Tremendously productive at his level of competition. Very strong arm. Good accuracy on short pass. Has a quick release. A serious threat on the run. Very smart with the football. Had a simply unfathomable 43-1 TD-int ratio his senior year.
Weaknesses:
Hasn't faced an elite level of competition. May need to bulk up in order to handle the physical nature of the NFL.
Comments:
Johnson is one of the all-time greats at FCS level. Despite the lack of elite competition he has faced, his production is more than enough to get noticed by NFL scouts. He should be a mid-round selection and will be given the opportunity to develop into a starter.
