Strengths:
Great size and strength. Well built. A powerful runner. Can take a hit and keep plowing forward. Strong legs that keep moving. Rarely gets knocked backwards. Shows great effort and effectiveness as a blocker.
Weaknesses:
Well below average speed. Doesn't have the speed, quickness or agility to make anyone miss. A slow and plodding running back that will pick up yards in small chunks at a time.
Comments:
Hilliard doesn't have the tools to be a franchise running back, but he is an intriguing player due to his size. He could definitely be a late round selection and stick with a team if he shows the ability to be an effective short yardage option.
