Strengths:
Great size. A big physical receiver. Above average leaping ability. Uses his size to his advantage. Great natural athlete and still has tons of upside.
Weaknesses:
Doesn't have breakaway speed. Drops too many easy balls. A JUCO transfer with just two years of experience against top competition. Arrested prior to Nebraska's pro day along with teammate Carl Nicks for being involved in rowdy party. Arrested in 2006 on two counts of assault and for resisting arrest. Also arrested in 2005 for drunken driving.
Comments:
Purify has the skills, but far too many red flags. He's been arrested on three separate occasions in just two years with Cornhuskers. Someone will take a chance on him as a free agent, but he's a long shot to get drafted.
