Weaknesses:
Undersized. Lacks ideal speed. Very inconsistent. Academically ineligible for Clemson's bowl game his senior year. Overaggressive.
Comments:
Watkins has very little upside beyond a special teams contributor. He is inconsistent, lacks effort at times, and may struggle handling and NFL playbook. He likely will be passed over on draft day.
