Weaknesses:
Doesn't have the strength to maintain his physical style at the next level and doesn't have the speed to make up for his lack of power. Hasn't faced elite competition.
Comments:
Cuff is a fringe prospect that had a very solid college career but just doesn't appear to have the raw talent to take his game to the next level.
