Strengths:
Good size. A tough, nasty offensive lineman. Plays with a mean streak. Excels as a run blocker. Quick off the snap and gets a good push. A team leader.
Weaknesses:
Lacks ideal athleticism. Doesn't have quick feet. Fundamentals are sometimes shaky.
Comments:
Schuening lacks that pure talent, but makes up for it by being a nasty player and a hard worker. He isn't pretty but he gets the job done. He may never be a Pro Bowler, but he's the type of lineman you'll feel comfortable with knowing he's smart and always in the right spot at the right time. A solid but unspectacular football player.
