Ideal size. Has the athleticism to take his game to the next level.
Weaknesses:
Still looks very raw despite starting for two years at Florida State. Lacks ideal lower body strength. Struggles with bigger, stronger defensive linemen.
Comments:
Boatman has the physical skills to take his game to the next level but he appears to be a slow learner. He is frequently out of position and lacks solid fundamentals. He may be worth taking a chance on late, but he will have to improve considerably between now and August to make an NFL roster.
