Tim Hightower RB Richmond #22

Ht: 6'0
Wt: 226

Strengths:
A powerful downhill runner. Had an absolutely monster senior year (1,924 yards, 20 TD). A hard worker that showed steady improvement throughout his career. An effective receiver out of the backfield. Still has some upside.
Weaknesses:
Hasn't faced top competition. Lacks top end speed. May be better suited as a fullback, but has no experience there.
Comments:
Hightower is one of a number of small school running back prospects in this year draft. He doesn't have the elite athleticism that some of the others do, but he does have some upside. His breakout senior year gives reason to believe he is still improving and could be worth a 7th round pick. If he goes undrafted he should definitely be a priority free agent.
