Tracy Porter CB Indiana #9

Ht: 5'11
Wt: 185

Strengths:
Elite speed. Great natural athlete. Plenty of experience as a four year starter. Tremendous agility. Quick feet. Reacts quick. Solid tackler for his size. A big play cornerback; had 6 interceptions as a senior and 16 over the course of his career. Surprisingly physical for a cornerback of his size. Some experience as a punt returner.
Weaknesses:
Undersized. Struggles in zone coverage. Missed time with a broken clavicle as a freshman, but has remained healthy since. Doesn't have great football instincts, relies on his natural athletic ability. Can handle any receiver with less athletic ability, but occassionally finds himself over matched. Only started playing football as a junior in high school.
Comments:
Porter has tremendous athletic ability and really shined at the Senior Bowl. Everyone knew he was fast, but when no one expected was to see him step up and physically challange the bigger receivers. He doesn't back down from any matchup and is a very physical player. He is a rare vastly undersized cornerback that has the ability to be a true shut down cornerback at the next level.
