Xavier Omon RB Northwest Missouri State #2

Ht: 5'11
Wt: 226

Strengths:
Great size and strength. A powerful downhill runner. Shows good quickness and an impressive burst for a back his size. Has a nice array of athletic moves for a big guy. Keeps his legs moving and has the strength to push the pile.
Weaknesses:
Lacks top end speed. Not an option as a receiver. Hasn't played against top competition.
Comments:
Omon is an intriguing prospect and probably the best small school running back in the draft. His size alone is enough to catch the eye of scouts. He is a tough runner that keeps moving after initial contact and can pick up the tough short yardage for you. His lack of experience against top competition is the great unknown, but he should be a mid to late first round pick based on potential alone. At the worst, he looks like a nice backup and short yardage option.
