Everette Brown DE Florida State #99

Ht: 6'4
Wt: 252

Strengths:
Elite athlete for an defensive lineman. Excellent pass rusher; has the speed and quickness off the snap to blow past offensive linemen but also has a nice array of moves. Fundamentals and overall technique are advanced for an underclassman. Showed steady improvement throughout his career.
Weaknesses:
Needs to bulk up to play defensive end on a 4-3 system. Struggles against bigger, stronger offensive linemen when playing the run. Probably best suited to move to linebacker in a 3-4 system. Wasn't a full-time starter until 2008 (started eight games in 2007 and three in 2006).
Comments:
If Brown lands in the right system he could make an instant impact. His strength is as a pass rusher, but he gives good effort on run plays and shows the desire to become a polished all-around player. His rating as an outside-linebacker for a 3-4 team should be 10-15 spots higher than as a defensive end in a 4-3 system.
