Strengths:
A four-year starter. Decent bulk. Good fundamentals. Good bloodlines; father was a standout linebacker at Miami FL. Experienced at outside and inside linebacker.
Weaknesses:
Below average speed. Undersized. Not a very good athlete. Struggles to shed blocks. Not a very good pass rusher.
Comments:
Crum was one of the few productive players on Notre Dame's defense the past few seasons but his skills set doesn't translate well to the NFL. He lacks the build and the speed to project as an impact player at the next level. He will likely go undrafted but should find a way into a training camp.
