Vaughn Martin DT Western Ontario #47

Ht: 6'3
Wt: 331

Strengths:
A physical freak of nature. Elite athleticism for a man of his size. Experienced at tackle and end. Could play end in a 3-4 system. Could also be an ideal fit at nose tackle. Very qQuick off the snap.
Weaknesses:
Level of competition is very questionable. Just two years of collegiate experience. Very, very raw. Does not have good fundamentals; strictly gets by on being too big and too strong to be playing against that level of competition.
Comments:
Martin was born in Jamaica but was grew up in Toronto and London. He originally enrolled at Michigan State but was ruled academically ineligible. He is a very intriguing prospect and could be selected in the late rounds despite having very little chance of making an impact as a rookie. He likely needs to spend a year on the practice squad before he's ready to compete in the NFL.
