Strengths: Adequate height and great overall bulk. Strong enough to fight through press coverage. Does a nice job tracking the ball in the air. Has experience out wide and in the slot. Reliable hands. Runs hard after the catch.

Weaknesses: Missed entire 2013 season with torn ACL. Modest speed and may struggle to stretch the field at the next level.

Overview: Hill has potential to develop into a quality possession receiver. His style of play reminds me of Andre Johnson, and if it all comes together that could be his ceiling. He needs to answer two questions in 2014, however: is he fully recovered from the ACL injury and does he have the speed to be effective at the next level?
