Tampa Bay Buccaneers Team Needs

1. Quarterback
Lovie Smith has no attachment to Mike Glennon, who was drafted by the previous regime and Glennon has done nothing to win over Smith and his staff. Between Glennon and Josh McCown the Bucs have options for 2015, so they don’t need to force this issue if they don’t like anyone, but it’s clearly their top need.

2. Offensive Line
An argument could be made that the Bucs should upgrade the line before settling on their franchise quarterback – or at least before throwing him into the fire. The Bucs ranked 27th in Pro Football Focus’ Pass Blocking Efficiency statistic a season ago, and 25th in 2013.

3. Defensive Line
Gerald McCoy is a stud, but there has been limited production around him. Even recent acquisition Michael Johnson was a let down. If nothing else, the depth needs to be addressnzed.
